Description:
The flow path of air and its products in the air separation plant usually like: air→ air filter→ air compressor→ air cooling system→ molecular sieve adsorber→ main heat exchanger→ lower column→ main condenser→ upper column→ subcooler→ main heat exchanger→ molecular sieve purification system heater→ molecular sieve adsorber→ atmosphere. We can summary the influence to the discharge pressure of air compressor from various resistances. Due to the demarcating of main condenser pressure mapping, the resistances can be roughly classified to two parts: one part is the resistance from the outlet of air compressor to the top of lower column, which can be interpreted as feed gas flow path resistance; the other part resistance is from bottom of upper column to waste nitrogen vent valve, which can be interpreted as product gas flow path resistance.
