1200Nm³/h (average chamber voltage 2V), through the comprehensive optimization of bipolar plates
and electrodes, the chamber voltage is reduced by 5-10%, and long-term stable operation under a
current density of 4000A/M2, DC power consumption reaches the national first-class energy efficiency
standard of 4.3kwh/Nm³ (when the unit hydrogen production is 1000Nm³/h), significantly reducing
operating costs by 10-20%. The product has the following features:
2.1 Lightweight: current density 4000A/m2, small chamber number of about 230. The weight of
the electrolytic cell is 39.8 tons, which is 20-30% lighter than the conventional Qianfang alkali tank; 2.2 Stable electrode: using non-precious metal highly active electrodes, HER and OER both use
classic nickel catalytic thermal spraying holes, which have been verified by more than 20 years of actual
operation and are stable and reliable;
2.3. Stable tank temperature: using the third generation bipolar plate, high mastoid, large flow
channel, sufficient electrolyte circulation cooling, good consistency of tank temperature of each
electrolytic chamber, uniform thermal expansion and contraction;
2.4. Smooth flow channel: The design of the flow channel is further optimized, with good patency,
uniform fluid distribution, elimination of the dead zone of the chamber through drainage, and elimination
of gas accumulation.
2.5. Long life: the length of the electrolytic cell is short, the weight of the electrolytic chamber is
light, the load of the sealing gasket is light, the overhaul cycle of the electrolytic cell is longer, and the
stability reaches more than ten years.
2.6. EC on-line electrolyzer safety management module (optional according to customer needs),
through online diagnosis and measurement module and dynamic algorithm, automatic collection of data,
real-time monitoring of each electrolytic chamber voltage to find abnormalities in time, at the same time, can
also trend analysis of the historical data of voltage, issue early warning, to ensure the safe and stable operation

2)Working principle of hydrogen production by water electrolysis
The working principle of the water electrolysis hydrogen production system is a water electrolysis cell
composed of a diaphragm immersed in a pair of electrodes in the electrolyte to prevent gas penetration, when a
certain direct current is passed, the water will decompose, and then the cathode precipitates hydrogen, and the
