Description of the treatment process:
The high-concentration ammonia gas is first sent to the secondary pre-cooler, and after cooling, it enters the falling film recovery device (ammonia recovery device), and the recovered residual waste gas enters the first-stage acid spray tower to treat the standard discharge.

In the first step, the high-concentration ammonia gas is cooled and dewatered by the pre-cooler before entering the next step.
In the second step, the falling film is selected to absorb ammonia, the third circulating liquid is hit to the second circulating liquid, and the second circulating liquid is hit to the first circulating liquid, which is gradually concentrated and finally the ammonia concentration meets the recovery requirements;
In the third step, the last residual ammonia gas is discharged after entering the first-stage acid spray tower.
